Policies, Cancellations, & Refunds
Please note that a submission of an order indicates that you accept the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations
If your order is under $300 you may cancel or modify your order within 7 days before your event, however, only 50% will be refunded. Orders over $300 can be canceled or modified 14 days before your event, however, only 50% will be refunded.

Orders canceled or modified beyond this will not be refunded.
Severe Weather Policy
In the event of a severe weather forecast VLD will contact you at least 2 days prior to the event to either confirm, cancel, and or refund.
Delivery & Setup
Enjoy free delivery services for a limited time if you are within 25 miles of our location, Anything beyond 25 miles there is $50 charge. Setup fees for a limited time are included with your service charge.
